Who is Foo Sau suited for?

Foo Sau is designed for older adults who are living independently and would like the comfort of company, good meals and cultural activity in a settled, unhurried setting. We are a lifestyle and social community — not a medical or care facility.

Can a family member see the residence before deciding?

Yes, and we encourage it. We are happy to arrange a visit on a day and time that works for you. It is a good opportunity to walk through the common rooms, the studio and the garden, and to ask any questions in person.

Are the cultural and social programmes compulsory?

Not at all. Every activity — from Companion Circles to studio sessions — is entirely optional. Residents are welcome to join on any day they choose, or to spend quiet time in their room or the garden instead.

What is included in the Residence & Lifestyle Plan?

The monthly plan covers a furnished room, regular housekeeping and laundry, all meals served in the dining room, and open access to every social, cultural and garden activity on the programme. Pricing is HK$3,720 per month with no hidden additions.

Is medical care available at Foo Sau?

Foo Sau is a non-medical lifestyle community. We do not provide nursing or clinical services. Residents who need medical attention are able to access nearby clinics and hospitals in the Tin Hau area independently.
